
SMT workshop is on the second floor of the manufacturing building, and “SMT” is short of Surface Mounted Technology. SMT was the first link of the production flow. When receive the production planning, get all the materials ready, then produce on the PMC line, during several steps as follows: printing, patching, self-check before enter into the stove, confirm, enter into solder-reflow stove, welding spot testing, then turn to the next step if all the above-mentioned steps are ok. It cost 30 million yuan to bring in the self tin scraper machine made in Britain and the advanced international automatic patch machine made in Japan. Currently, there are 5 modernize, international standard production lines, 12 sets of imported high-speed patch machine working all day and night in the SMT workshop. Not only there are special management mode in our SMT workshop, but also there are the best environmental management system of the whole industry. The workshop we used is the international dust-free workshop, which is strict with the electrostatic prevention so that all of operators here should wear the static-free clothes and shoes. In order to guaranteed quality of our products, there is a special transport channel for materials, and all the products should be treated in destaticization.

Product bulk property detecting room is used for testing the software of product. There are 6 high/low-temperature test chamber and a impact testing machine the climatope detecting room. The lowest temperature of the test chamber is -60 centidegree, while the highest temperature is 150 centidegree. The highest temperature of the impact testing machine is 120 centidegree, while the lowest temperature is -60 centidegree. The salt spray testing machine is used for testing all parts of products including the erosion resistance of the ironware and plastic element with parts of metal; and electrovibrator is used for testing the integrality of products in working or off working state.
